Yuki Miura (Head of Partners, APAC at LSEG)

Yuki Miura

Head of Partners, APAC at LSEG

Yuki Miura is the Partnerships Director of the Tokyo office of LSEG (London Stock Exchange Group), a leading global financial markets infrastructure and data provider, headquartered in London. She has been developing new business opportunities by working with partner companies to enhance solutions and provide better customer experiences.

Yuki has a strong passion to be an agent for change as a female leader. This is based on her experience of inequity whilst seeking job opportunities as a new female graduate, and also her experiences working in an androcentric business society. The trilingual MBA graduate always tries to inspire and encourage juniors to speak up and seek equity in career progression.

Networking and bringing people together comes naturally to Yuki and she firmly believes that the women's network is a driving force in order to change Japanese society and culture. When she worked as an ex-pat in China in 2013, she started a monthly professional community because there was a limited number of Japanese women ex-pats. The connections made through the community supported the members' work and life overseas, and her successors still run the monthly event today. Last year, Yuki created a new network with D&I leaders group alongside many major Japanese financial organisations and hosted a global networking event that helped many female leaders connect with each other and strengthen their unity for progress.
