BCCJ Annual General Meeting 2025

How has the BCCJ performed over the past 12 months? What value have we delivered for you and the wider membership? And who will be elected to this year's Executive Committee to guide the Chamber through the year ahead?

We warmly encourage all BCCJ members to attend our Annual General Meeting (AGM) taking place from 18:30 on Thursday, 24 April, 2025.

AGM AGENDA

The evening's formal agenda includes:

• receipt of the Chairperson's Annual Report
• receipt of the Statement of Accounts
• election of FY2025-26 Executive Committee
• election of FY2025-26 BCCJ President
• appointment of Certified Public Accountants

We ask all attendees to join at 18:30 sharp. The formal part of the AGM will be followed by a cocktail party and buffet dinner for all attendees, compliments of the BCCJ, kicked off by remarks from His Majesty's Ambassador to Japan, Julia Longbottom CMG.

Please note that the AGM is a members-only event and attendance is limited to one representative per company due to event capacity. Only Platinum members are able to bring two attendees.

Prior booking is essential for this event. (Booking Deadline: Thursday, April 17）

If you have any special dietary needs, please let us know by 15.00 on April 17.

ご出席の皆様には、18:30ちょうどにお集まりいただきますようお願い申し上げます。総会終了後、ジュリア・ロングボトム駐日大使のご挨拶を皮切りに、BCCJのご好意により、出席者全員を対象としたカクテルパーティーとビュッフェ形式の夕食会が開催されます。

なお、年次総会は会員限定イベントであり、定員の都合上、出席は1社につき代表者様1名

• 各企業からは1名様ご参加いただけます。(Corporate、Entrepreneur、Individual会員からは各1名。Platinum 会員は2名様まで参加可能）
