Join us for our next BCCJ Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Working Group meeting, where we will continue our important discussions on advancing DEI initiatives within the UK-Japan business community. This session will provide BCCJ members with an opportunity to explore both the challenges and actionable strategies for creating more inclusive and equitable workplaces, and give members the chance to lead discussions on what the Chamber should prioritise in its DEI efforts moving forward (including leading events and DEI initiatives in 2025).
We encourage members who are passionate about DEI, HR professionals, business leaders, and anyone responsible for shaping corporate culture to join us. Whether or not you attended previous meetings, your perspective and contributions are welcome, as we work together to build a more inclusive future for businesses in Japan.
